The Uno+WiFi R3 is an upgraded 2-in-1 development board that combines the ATmega328P microcontroller and the ESP8266 WiFi module (8MB memory) on a single board. It works just like a normal Arduino UNO but with built-in WiFi, making it perfect for IoT and smart-device projects.
Both chips (ATmega328P & ESP8266) can work together or individually, and each has its own pin headers. The board uses a CH340G USB-TTL converter, allowing you to upload code and firmware through a normal USB cable.
This board includes a DIP-switch that controls how the ATmega328P and ESP8266 communicate. You can switch between USB to ATmega, USB to ESP, or ATmega to ESP connection modes easily.
